You probably came to this page thinking this was going to be luxury fish that was going to be on the Menu. Well sorry to bring your hopes down, however the good news is this fish is really enjoyable to be around. The "Kissing Fish" received it's name ever since it started being friendly with customers that walk into our restruant. A few employees observed our South American Cichlids  fish as it opens it's mouth repetitively near the glass tank as customers blow kisses to it. This happened on serveral occasions and he was named the "Kissing Fish".

     Our Kissing Fish has been with us for half a decade now and he's really a great addition to our restruant. The Kissing Fish brightens up the day by making you laugh at it's little "Fish Dance". If you don't open your mouth around the fish watch it for a few minutes and watch it perform for you. He has a big bump on his head, we're no scientists or anything but it may be a huge brain because he is a lot smarter than he looks. On rare occasions he picks up the gravel in his tank and rearranges it to his liking. I remember once watching my colleague change the water in the tank and as she evened out the gravel in the tank the Kissing Fish started attacking the fish net. Ever since then we never bothered with his gravel.
